Access to information relating to the documented process as to how polling booth locations were selected for the ACT 2024 Election. Including:

• The methodology applied to select, assess (and any associated evaluation assessment information/rubrics) as to which schools and/or locations were selected as polling locations for the ACT 2024 Election;
• The methodology and evidence applied to de-select previous polling locations for the ACT 2024 Elections, specifically pertaining to Latham Primary School de-selection as a polling location for the ACT 2024 Election (including any references email, internal message services and or documented processes);
• The staff credentials/qualifications that were directly involved in the assessment and decision process;
• The communications plan to inform schools of their selection or de-selection as a polling location for the ACT 2024 Election;
• Any registered or unregistered ‘conflict of interest declarations’ relating to any person who was involved in the selection or de-selecting of polling locations for the ACT 2024 Election;
