Public submissions to the 2026-27 redistribution are not yet open.

Under the Electoral Act 1992, a redistribution of ACT Legislative Assembly electorates must commence as soon as practicable, 25 months before the next general election.

The next redistribution is expected to begin in September 2026 with the appointment of the Redistribution Committee. Opportunities for public submissions will open shortly afterwards.
