Funding

Election funding - paid to eligible registered political parties and non-party candidates based on the number of first preference votes received.
Administrative funding - paid to registered political parties with representation in the Legislative Assembly and non-party MLAs to help meet the administrative cost of running their offices and complying with the financial disclosure requirements of the Electoral Act.
