Ms Laura Nuttall will be officially declared elected to fill the casual vacancy in the ACT Legislative Assembly electorate of Brindabella today at 3:30 pm by the ACT Electoral Commissioner, Mr Damian Cantwell AM CSC.

The vacancy followed the resignation of Mr Johnathan Davis from the Legislative Assembly on 12 November 2023.

Media representatives and members of the public are welcome to attend the declaration of the poll. The declaration will be held under appropriate Covid Safe provisions of the Legislatively Assembly at the ACT Legislative Assembly, Civic Square, 196 London Circuit, Canberra City.
