The latest addition to the ACT party register is the Nurses Good Government Party.

The ACT Electoral Commissioner, Phil Green, announced today that the application for registration by the party had been successful and that it had been entered in the ACT party register.

The registered officer for the Nurses Good Government Party is:

• Janice Maree Flaherty
• 17 Strzelecki Place
• Narrabundah ACT 2604

A further four political parties have applied for registration for the ACT Legislative Assembly election to be held on 20 October 2001. Their applications are currently under consideration. The party register closes on 13 September.
