Mr Jayson Hinder will be officially declared elected to fill the casual vacancy in the ACT Legislative Assembly electorate of Ginninderra today at 3.00 pm by the ACT Electoral Commissioner, Mr Phillip Green.

The vacancy followed the resignation of Ms Mary Porter AM from the Legislative Assembly on 19 February 2016.

Media representatives and members of the public are welcome to attend the declaration of the poll.  The declaration will be held in Committee Room 1 at the Legislative Assembly, Civic Square, 196 London Circuit, Canberra City.
