An amended financial disclosure return for the Australian Labor Party (ACT Branch) was received today by the ACT Electoral Commissioner, Phillip Green.

“The return shows amended details of receipts, gifts, payments and debts relating to ACT Labor for the 2011/2012 financial year,” Mr Green said.

“The secretary of ACT Labor notified me last week that errors had been detected in the 2011/2012 return for the party submitted on 31 July 2012, and that an amended return would be submitted as soon as possible,” Mr Green said.

The amended return can be inspected on the ACT Electoral Commission’s website www.elections.act.gov.au or in person at the office of the Electoral Commissioner at 41 Rae Street, Belconnen between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. For public enquiries phone 6205 0033.
