Further financial disclosure returns relating to the 2007/08 financial year and the 2008 ACT Legislative Assembly election have been released, the ACT Electoral Commissioner, Mr Phillip Green, announced today.

"Further returns relating to the 2007/08 year and returns for the 2008 ACT Legislative Assembly election have been received and are available for public inspection at my office and on the Internet," Mr Green said.

The returns are:

• a 2007/08 annual return of a donor from The 250 Club;
• election donor returns from;
  • Robert Churchill;
  • Dorothy Jeffrey;
  • MWB Management; and
  • The Canberra Business Club;
• an election return of gifts received by The Canberra Business Club;
• an amended election return by a candidate from Mark Parton.

Anyone who wishes to view the returns may do so on our website or at the office of the Electoral Commission on the ground floor of North Building, London Circuit, Civic Square, which is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
