Financial disclosure returns for ACT registered political parties, independent MLAs, associated entities and donors to political parties for the 1999/2000 financial year will be released tomorrow, the acting ACT Electoral Commissioner, Alison Purvis, announced today.

"Returns showing details of receipts, payments and debts of registered ACT political parties for the last financial year will be available for public inspection from 9 am Thursday 1 February," Ms Purvis said. "Also available are returns received from Independent MLAs, donors to parties and associated entities," she said.

These returns can be inspected at the ACT Electoral Commission's Internet site.

Annual returns can be inspected in person at the office of the Electoral Commissioner at Plaza Level, Allara House, 48-56 Allara Street, City between 9 am and 5 pm on weekdays. For enquiries phone 6205 0033.
