2004 ACT Legislative Assembly Election
The 2004 ACT Legislative Assembly election was conducted by the ACT Electoral Commission using the "Hare-Clark" electoral system. This election was the second time the ACT used electronic voting for its Legislative Assembly elections and also saw the continuation of the use of the electronic counting system introduced at the 2001 election.
